Disclaimer

Last Updated: October 5, 2026

Please read this page carefully before downloading anything from Rope Hero Mod Apk ("we," "our," "this site"). By using this site, you accept the terms below.

1. Who We Are

Rope Hero Mod Apk is an independent fan site. We are not Naxeex, the developer of the Rope Hero series, and we are not Google or Apple. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. See our About Us page for who runs this site and how we check our facts.

2. Trademarks and Ownership

Rope Hero, Rope Hero 2, Rope Hero 3, Vice Town, and all related names, logos, and artwork belong to Naxeex and its licensors. We reference them only to identify and describe the games we cover. If you are a rights holder with a concern, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

3. What a "MOD APK" Is, and the Risk That Comes With It

The files on this site are modified versions of an original game, changed by third parties to add features such as unlimited in-game currency. They do not come from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. That means:

No one — including us — can guarantee a modified file is 100% free of risk.
Modified files can break, stop working after a game update, or behave differently than described.
Using a MOD may go against the original developer’s terms of service.
You install and use any file on this site entirely at your own risk and your own decision.

We recommend checking each file carefully before installing it. For more information about who runs this site and the checks we perform, see our About Us page.

4. Content Rating and Age Suitability

Rope Hero: Vice Town is intended for mature audiences because the game contains violence and blood. This site and its content are not intended for children. If you are under 17, please do not download or use the game.

5. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep version numbers, file sizes, Android requirements, ratings, and download counts accurate and dated to when we checked them — you'll find a "checked" or "updated" date on each page. Even so, app stores and developers change things on their own schedule, and a number can go stale between our checks. Always verify critical details (like your Android version) before installing.

6. No Warranty

Everything on this site is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the information or files will always be accurate, available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rope Hero Mod APK and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including data loss, device issues, or account problems — arising from your use of this site or any file downloaded from it.

8. External Links

This site may link to external resources, including the official Naxeex website and app stores. We don't control these external websites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices. Please review the terms and policies of external websites before using them.

9. Copyright and Takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, please contact us through our Contact Us page and provide details about the content in question. We will review legitimate requests and take appropriate action where necessary.

10. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this page from time to time. Changes take effect once posted, and we update the "Last Updated" date above when they do.
