How to Get a Bicycle in Rope Hero: Vice Town — A Player’s Guide
By Azam Ali · Published October 8, 2026 · Guide, not a download page — see our Rope Hero MOD APK download if that’s what you’re after.
The bicycle is one of the smallest, easiest-to-miss vehicles in Rope Hero: Vice Town. It won’t outrun a car or out-muscle a tank, but it’s cheap, quiet, and genuinely useful when you want to cross the city without drawing attention — or without burning your rope-swing stamina. Here’s what it’s for and how to get one.
What the Bicycle Is Good For
The bicycle sits at the bottom of the game’s vehicle tier, alongside the skateboard. It’s not built for speed or combat — it’s built for getting around quietly. A bike lets you weave through narrow alleys and back streets without the noise and police attention a stolen car or tank attracts, which matters more than it sounds in missions that call for a low profile.
Two Ways to Get a Bicycle
1. Buy One From the Store
Like the game’s other vehicles — cars, tanks, helicopters, planes, and the mech — the bicycle is sold in the in-game store or garage menu, the same place you buy weapons and outfits. It sits on the cheaper end of the vehicle list, so it’s realistic to afford one within your first couple of hours of play, well before you can afford a car or anything heavier.
Spawn it from the garage like any other owned vehicle.
Open the store/garage menu from the main HUD.
Find the vehicles tab, separate from weapons and outfits.
Buy the bicycle with in-game money — no gems or special currency needed.
2. Find One on the Street [unverified — see note below]
Bicycles can reportedly also spawn naturally around the map, more often in residential areas than in the busy downtown core. Spawn rates for smaller vehicles like this are generally lower than for cars, so treat this as a bonus option rather than something to rely on.
We have not personally confirmed current spawn locations by play-testing this ourselves — Naxeex has reworked the map more than once, most notably in February 2020, and older spawn spots reported elsewhere may no longer be accurate. Buying one from the store is the reliable method; treat street spawns as a bonus if you happen to come across one.
Bicycle vs. Skateboard vs. Car
| Vehicle | Strength | Weakness |
| Bicycle | Quiet, cheap, easy to use | Slow, no combat use |
| Skateboard | Faster on open, flat ground | Struggles on rough terrain or inclines |
| Car | Faster, useful in combat, upgradable | Loud — draws police attention quickly |
None of these replace the higher-end vehicles, like hoverbikes or armored cars, for serious combat or long hauls. Think of the bicycle as light everyday transport, not a combat or getaway vehicle.
Skip the Grind With the MOD
If you’d rather not save up at all, the unlimited-money MOD gives you enough to buy every vehicle in the store right away — bicycle included — instead of waiting through a couple of hours of missions first.
Rope Hero: Vice Town Bicycle FAQ
Do I have to complete a mission to unlock the bicycle?
No. It’s available in the store from early in the game, with no special quest required.
Is the bicycle free, or do I have to pay for it?
It costs in-game money, like the rest of the vehicles — it’s just one of the cheaper ones.
Can I customize the bicycle like other vehicles?
Customization options for it are limited compared to cars, since it has few mechanical parts to upgrade.
Is the bicycle worth getting over a car?
For short, quiet trips, yes. For long distances, chases, or combat, a car or heavier vehicle is the better choice. See the comparison table above.
